What you will receive

Outage detected. Our monitoring saw a service interruption affecting your tower or area, and a technician is already on it.
Service restored. A follow-up when the interruption is cleared.
Planned maintenance. Advance notice when scheduled work will briefly affect your connection.

Alerts are sent only to customers who have opted in, and only about service at the location tied to your number. This program never sends marketing or promotional messages.
