Customer Privacy Notice

Effective September 23, 2026

This notice explains how MORnet Communications, LLC ("MORnet") handles information about you as a customer of our internet and voice service. Our Website Privacy Policy covers visits to our websites; text messaging is covered there and in our SMS Terms. This notice is part of our Service Agreement.

The short version. We collect what we need to connect you, bill you, support you, and keep the network secure. We do not sell your personal information. We do not look at the content of your internet traffic, and we do not use your browsing to sell advertising.

1. What we collect

We do not collect or store the content of your internet traffic, and we do not keep a record of the websites you visit.

2. How we use it

We may tell you about other MORnet services. You can ask us to stop at any time; service notices will continue.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell customer information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share it only:

4. Your telephone records (CPNI)

If you have MORnet voice service, federal law protects Customer Proprietary Network Information ("CPNI"): information about the quantity, type, destination, location, and amount of use of your phone service, and related billing information. You have a right, and MORnet has a duty, to protect the confidentiality of your CPNI.

5. Law enforcement and legal requests

We disclose customer information to government agencies only when required by law, such as by a subpoena, court order, or warrant, and only the information the request lawfully requires. We may disclose information without legal process when we believe in good faith that an emergency involving danger of death or serious physical injury requires it. Where the law allows, we tell customers about requests for their information so they can respond. Civil subpoenas, including those from copyright owners, must be properly served on MORnet at the address below. MORnet complies with the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act.

6. Security and retention

We protect customer information with access controls, encryption for data in transit, and restricted staff access, and we train staff on handling customer records. We keep information for as long as you are a customer and afterward for as long as we need it for billing, tax, legal, and security purposes, and then delete or de-identify it.

7. Your choices

8. Children

Service accounts are opened by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes

If we make a material change to this notice we will tell customers at least 30 days before it takes effect.
